How long will it take for my rug to be cleaned?
There’s currently a 7–10 day turnaround, allowing enough time for thorough cleaning and drying.
My rug is so heavy, how will I get it to you?
We offer a free drop off and pick up service in the Shire (a min. of $130 applies). If you are not located in the Shire please call to discuss your options.
If I am not located in the Shire can I drop my rug off to you?
Yes. We have a dedicated drop off zone at our factory, where we accept your rug with no appointment necessary.
Can I get a quote?
Of course, we just need the dimensions of your rug.
My rug is made of special fabric, can you clean it?
Certainly, we have a range of cleaning techniques to suit all rug types, from traditional, hand woven ones, to cowhide, wool, silk and shag pile rugs.
